Ashley House was established in 2013, and is located in the village of Radford Semele. This is approximately 1 mile from Leamington Spa.
Ashley House has 16 bedroom and provides accommodation for adults with mental illness who require support and supervision and who presently are unable to live independently. Ashley House is able to accommodate Residents staying either indefinitely or working towards becoming more independent and moving on to less supported accommodation.
Ashley House has Registered Nurses (RMN and RGN) and healthcare assistants on duty 24 hours a day. Ashley House has a cook providing meals over 7 days per week.
Ashley House emphasis is on maintaining or developing the skills of an individual to maximise their level of independence. Residents are encouraged, if able, to maintain their own rooms, do their personal laundry and cook snacks and light meals. Residents who do not have these skills are supported by the clinical team. Each of our residents have personalised care plan to support with their day to day life, and monitor progression.
Ashley House is wheelchair accessible, however has limited moving and handling equipment, please enquire.
Ashley House has sixteen bright and spacious rooms, five with en-suite facilities. Externally, there is a secluded patio area with seating, a smoking shelter. The home is secure and has gated entry points.
Ashley House has a visitors cabin, this is used for private visits, meetings and activities.
There is an eight seat multi-purpose vehicle for transporting residents to activities, appointments and social events.
The village has a post office, local shops, a public house, two places of worship and is very close to a regular bus service.
